1. File Receipt Notifications, instantly alerting your staff and ours of the file name and the time/date stamp that a file is received by Renkim’s SFTP server from your system.
2. Data cycle summaries, we call Sysopers, that confirm the name of the data file (or files) included in the cycle, the total record count of the cycle of data being processed, as well as the individual letter codes of the cycle.
3. Return File placed on the SFTP that includes address updates, business rule actions, as well as any other record level information in the format specifically developed for your specific software platform.
4. Daily Summary Report which includes an ongoing cycle level view of the disposition of all your data records, and what Renkim did with them.

Enhanced reporting provides you a view of the costs associated at your client code and/or letter code level.  Reports can be automated to whichever frequency you choose, and can be paired with each cycle completed or tied to run concurrently with your billing cycle to further inform your invoice.
